CSA Travel Protection Insurance
Trip cancellation/interruption insurance charges are automatically added to your advance rent payment. If you do not wish to purchase coverage you may delete the charge by marking through and initialing where indicated on your lease, then subtract the amount when making advance payment. We highly recommend the purchase of this coverage for financial losses you may incur because of unforeseen circumstances, illness and injuries - it even includes coverage for mandatory hurricane evacuations and closed beach. Trip insurance cannot be deleted on the final payment. The trip insurance is due with your advance payment.
