Betty Ann Richetti, Reservationist

Betty Ann has come to us from Philadelphia, PA via the Pocono Mountains of Northeast PA. While in the Philly area, she worked for 27 years at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania as a Medical Technologist, as well as several years in the Real Estate business. In the Poconos, Betty Ann worked at a couple of the area resorts in reservations and sales.
After vacationing for many years in North Myrtle Beach, Betty Ann and her husband, Andy decided to move to the Holden Beach area. They are currently building a home at Lockwood Folly Golf Club. |

Bonnie Cox, Rental Manager

Bonnie has been in Property Management for over 20 years. She is from neighboring Columbus County, where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Steve Cox. She, Steve and their son, Steven, have made their home at Holden Beach for over 20 years. Bonnie is an active member of the community and is currently the Vice Chair of Tourism on the board of directors of the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce. She is also on the Board of directors for the Brunswick County Tourism and Development Authority. Additionally she is Vice President of the Greater Holden Beach Merchants Association and Troop Committee Chairman for her son's Boy Scout Troop. She enjoys spending time with her family in their many adventures here at Holden Beach such as shelling, swimming, fishing, biking and sand castle building. |

Lou Hayes, Book keeper

Lou has been with Brunswickland longer than any other our of employees. Lou lives at Ocean Isle and moved to the coast from Laurinburg, NC many years ago. She has "number crunched" and "balanced" for Brunswickland with "outstanding" results. Lou loves living on the beach and is an avid shell collector as well as an active member of the turtle patrol.

Melodee Pruitt, Account Receivable

Melodee fell in love with Holden Beach many years ago as a vacationer. She and her family are from Winston-Salem and would visit the beach every year by renting a house through Brunswickland Realty! After her husband retired from the police force they moved to the beach to live out their dream of coastal living. Melodee has been with Brunswickland for many years and is a familiar and friendly face to both our homeowners and vacationing guests alike. |

Phyllis Booth, Reservation Specialist

Phyllis came to Holden Beach from the Fayetteville area and has made the coast her home. She, her husband William and their two children, Kyle and MacKenzie are always busy with work, school, soccer or family events. Never a dull moment! Phyllis has been with Brunswickland for many, many years and is a dependable and knowledgeable force in the Rental Department. Phyllis loves her work and helping our customers and it shows with her dedication and professionalism! |

Vickery Jackson, Reservationist

Vickery came to Holden Beach with her parents as a young girl and has grown up loving everything about the coast. A recent graduate of Gardner-Webb University, Vickery and her new husband Jacob have returned to their hometown. Vickery began her work for Brunswickland as a junior in high school by organizing arts and crafts activities on the gazebo during the summer season. She is enjoying her new job at Brunswickland, and looks forward to learning more. |
