Description

This oceanside cottage offers clean comfortable furnishings and amenities that reflect seaside living. Large living room for family gatherings and meals. Other amenities: covered porch, porch chairs, gas grill*, 5 HDTVs, Netflix, HBO, DVD player, VCR, CD player/stereo, wireless internet, and an enclosed outside shower w/H&C water. West side closely located next to private beach access. Combine with east side to create a large 8 bedroom. No partial weeks allowed. 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 10. Bed linen and towels included weekly stays only. BR#1- 1 Queen,BR#2- 1 Queen,BR#3- 2 Twins,BR#4- 2 Set of Bunks.DOG FRIENDLY- 1 small dog w/fee.*Any grill provided at the home is not cleaned nor maintained by Holden Beach Vacations. Propane tank refills operate on an honor system. Owners/Managers are NOT responsible for refilling propane gas tanks.
