Sit on the upstairs deck and enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean or find your feet in the sand by visiting the beach access approximately 4 houses down and across Ocean Boulevard. At entry you will be greeted by an open living and dining area, just around the corner is a fully stocked grand kitchen with room for all the chefs in the family, gather around and indulge in memories to be made. Family dinners, board games or popcorn and a movie this home will feel like it's "Almost Heaven by the Sea". If that's not enough, sink into relaxation with the new addition of a spillway spa pool! No canal access however the property offers wonderful canal views. Lift not available for guest use. No pets. Partial weeks available. Military discount, off season only. Bed linens included for weekly stays. Towels available for rent through Holden Beach Vacations. BR 1 (UP) - 1 King w/ attached bath,BR 2 (UP) - 1 King w/ attached bath,BR 3 (UP) - 2 Sets of Bunks w/ 1Trundle Bed w/ attached bath,BR 4 (UP) - 1 Set Full Size Bunks,BR 5 (DN)- 1 Queen w/attached bath. 1/2 bath located on the first floor.Most bedrooms have a private bathrooms and exterior doors to decking where you can enjoy canal views from the back of the house and ocean views out front.** Pool heat may be purchased off season for additional $500 per week*Any grill provided at the home is not cleaned nor maintained by Holden Beach Vacations. Propane tank refills operate on an honor system. Owners/Managers are NOT responsible for refilling propane gas tanks.

Perfect Beach House
This is the perfect beach house, our large family loved it! It is immaculate with all the amenities and comforts of home, a wonderful location within steps from beach access. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 2 decks. Sitting outback watching fishers and boaters on the canal is very relaxing. There are board games and puzzles, the kitchen was stocked with every pan, dish, utensil you can imagine. We've been coming to Holden for many years and this has been our favorite home. Heavenly vacation!
Almost Heaven By the Sea has everything a family could want in a beach house. The location is perfect, the beach access is across the street just steps away from the ocean. The porch views of the ocean are gorgeous and can be seen from both levels. As an added bonus the back porches view the beautiful canal.
